Artist Bio: Kid30 (smallkid)

Prolific midlands based artist kid30 (smallkid) has been painting graffiti for well over a decade. He is well known for his cleanly painted bold characters. His unique and instantly recognisable bold style are prominent on the streets of the uk. Kid30 is also a member of the highly regarded Oxygen Thievez crew and continues to push himself by bringing his style to new areas of design, working not just on walls, but also on canvas, wood and found objects.
Kid30 endeavours to promote the value of the art art form throughout outlets such as commissions, murals, youth workshops and exhibitions.
Recent clients have included Red bull, Glastonbury festival, Rock City, Stealth and numerous clubs in and around the midlands.

Event info

Smallkid Design works in conjunction with various promoters to put on numerous graffiti and live ink events in Nottingham (including Detonate, Deal Maker, Oh my gosh records). We have been proud to have hosted events with Finger thing, Aspects and the legendry Pitman Also featuring graffiti artists from London, France and Holland.

Workshops

Kid30 runs graffiti and mural workshops with kids and teenagers alike, promoting creativity and teamwork. We are able to cater for one off workshops to large scale projects which can include classroom lessons, working on designs through to completion of a mural. Participating schools and organisations include: Respect for Nottingham, Nottingham City Council Youth Offending, Team Groundwork, and Toot Hill School.
